DIRECTIONS to Miranda's Rescue: 1603 Sandy Prairie Road, Fortuna, CA 95540. From the North, take Hwy 101 South to the Drake Hill Road exit (just south of the Fortuna Kenmar exit). Turn right onto Drake Hill heading towards the Eel River. Go two blocks and turn right at the 12ft high gates. From the South, take Hwy 101 North to Hanson's Truck Stop (just 10min north of the city of Rio Dell). Turn left into Hansons, then an immediate right onto Sandy Prairie Road. Follow this winding road for 1/2 mile. Once you see the "M" for the Miranda Ranch turn right, go 1/2 block and turn left at the 12ft high gates.
